Successful First Try

Unfortunately the photos and videos I took weren’t able to be uploaded to the editor.

To sum up the video, perfected shrimp tempura on the very first try. Throughout these weeks, I’ve always wanted to flawlessly make something on the first try, but it was a side goal I never thought I would reach. All my practice in the past few months has led up to this. I was thrilled when my sisters said that they loved it!

Ingridients!
Shrimp are curled up because of their nerves. In this picture I cut the nerves to make the shrimp straight.
After adding tapioca flour I break to eggs and mix all of it together.
Heating up the oil to cook the shrimp.

Unfortunately, none of the other photos or videos could be posted here. I have no idea why but now you will just have to wait for the final presentation to see what the finished product looks like.
