For this week, I started to plan some questions to ask my professional. Here are some of the questions I am planning to ask:

  1. What proportion of milk do you add to your brown sugar milk tea?
  2. Where do you get your brown sugar syrup from?
  3. Are there any techniques you use to improve the presentation of the brown sugar milk tea ?
  4. What do you do to create the drink as fast as possible?
  5. What kind of tea do you use and how much?
